Our teams check that your offer respects the terms and conditions of the Buy&Sell marketplace before publishing it.
Once your offer has been accepted it is put online and you receive confirmation by email.
You will also be informed if the offer is rejected.
Our terms of publication:
1/ The offer must comply with standard practices and the law. For example, incitement to hatred, prostitution, offers to sell arms or hazardous chemical substances are refused.
2/ The offer must be written in English.
3/ The offer must not be confused with an advertisement or a promotional message. It must concern a specific product and is for a limited period of time.
4/ The offer must concern a single product or a single limited series of products.
5/ The offer must include a detailed technical description in addition to the price.

Consultation of the Buy&Sell service is free of charge and requires no prior registration.
However, users who wish to place an offer on the Buy&Sell marketplace must first register and open a MyEUROPAGES account. In most cases this registration is free of charge.
Once registered, users benefit from a personal space in MyEUROPAGES to manage offers.
Registration must be paid for by users wishing to answer purchase requests.
To modify an offer the procedure is the same as for placing offers.
All you have to do is open the offer online via your MyEUROPAGES account and use the same form to modify it. Once modified, your offer follows the same validation circuit as for offers placed.
Our moderator checks your offer complies with the service's terms and conditions before publishing it.
When it expires or when you have sold all your products you can delete your offer from the Buy&Sell service.
All you need to do is open the offer online via your MyEUROPAGES account and use the Delete button to remove it.
With your MyEUROPAGES account you can also create email alerts to receive offers you are interested in as soon as they are published.
Simply state the type of offer you want to receive (offers to sell, purchase requests or business opportunities) and specify the sectors and type of products you are interested in.
With MyEUROPAGES you can also modify the alerts you have created. When an offer matching your criteria is put online you are immediately informed by email.
